spring: This delicate blend contains Omega-3 rich peppermint oil (also rich in fatty iron, magnesium and calcium) to aid your skin’s post-winter recovery. Additional ingredients include petitgrain to aid lymphatic drainage, carrot tissue for a boost of beta-carotene and macadamia to help retain moisture.
summer: This sweet-smelling blend contains rose, a natural anti-inflammatory agent and tissue regenerator to reduce redness and moisturise. efo: Five drops are all you need to start self-regulating sebum production as nature intended. There can be up to a week of transition when you start using ebo efo so don't be tempted to use more than five drops, even if your skin feels tight. Heat the oil between your palms and massage in upward circular strokes, breathing in its grounding scent.
ebo: Use all over your body or add a few drops to your bath - a little goes a long way! Heat the oil between your hands and use sweeping upward movements to encourage circulation, spending extra time on any problem areas.
