What's included:

Accommodation in gorgeous converted barns in beautiful Dorset. Stunning views, walks and of course our 3 outdoor hot tubs, so bring a woolly hat to enjoy some heated bubbles with a view.

Daily yoga with our wonderful teacher Vic. This is of course optional, you may choose to stay in bed one morning..no judgement here!!....but Vic is so experienced that within our small group she is able to tweak each movement to your level, meaning everyone progresses even if they've never done yoga before.

2 x 1hr ebo treatments.

All meals , drinks and snacks.

This is not a juice fast or boot camp. Meals are delicious, colourful, textured and nutritious and one of the reasons we have a 90 % re-booking rate! 

Free from meat, wheat, dairy, refined sugar , caffeine and alcohol, we still eat 3 meals a day but everyone leaves lighter and brighter.
