bfc: Use morning and night, working the creamy lather until tacky and leaving on for a mini facial while you brush your teeth. Rinse using the Egyptian cotton face cloth. Once a week double cleanse leaving the second, thicker layer on for five minutes. Top tip: slice your babyface into four and keep a new one for each month.
efo: Five drops are all you need to start self-regulating sebum production as nature intended. There can be up to a week of transition when you start using ebo efo so don't be tempted to use more than five drops, even if your skin feels tight. Heat the oil between your palms and massage in upward circular strokes, breathing in its heavenly scent.
