    • essential facial oils 

      ebo’s facial oils are the essence of good skincare. Most of the time we overload our skin, sending conflicting messages around how much sebum to produce: skin ends up either too oily or too dry. Five drops of ebo efo are all you need to start self-regulating your own production the way nature intended.

      winter, spring, summer and autumn oils let you match your skincare to the seasons and your skin's changing needs.

      spring: This delicate blend contains Omega-3 rich peppermint oil (also rich in fatty iron, magnesium and calcium) to aid your skin’s post-winter recovery. Additional ingredients include petitgrain to aid lymphatic drainage, carrot tissue for a boost of beta-carotene and macadamia to help retain moisture.

      summer: This sweet-smelling blend contains rose, a natural anti-inflammatory agent and tissue regenerator to reduce redness and moisturise. Other ingredients include frankincense to reduce inflammation and discolouration, carrot seed to support melanin production and avocado oil for natural sun filtration.

    • efo: Five drops are all you need to start self-regulating sebum production as nature intended. There can be up to a week of transition when you start using ebo efo so don't be tempted to use more than five drops, even if your skin feels tight. Heat the oil between your palms and massage in upward circular strokes, breathing in its grounding scent.

      bfc: Use morning and night, working the creamy lather until tacky and leaving on for a mini facial while you brush your teeth. Rinse using the Egyptian cotton face cloth. Once a week double cleanse leaving the second, thicker layer on for five minutes.

      ebo: Use all over your body or add a few drops to your bath - a little goes a long way! Heat the oil between your hands and use sweeping upward movements to encourage circulation, spending extra time on any problem areas.

      emo: Anoint your wrists and neck just at the point your pulse appears. Breathe deeply.
